Looking for a road bike to better my fitness on. Looking at spending around £600. Any suggestions? Currently thinking Spesh Allez but is there something i've missed? Thanking youuuuu.

It depends. Second hand is an option if £400 or under. I get 10% discount from my LBS and have the intention of taking out finance too, so...£600 isn't set in stone, my max budget is perhaps £750.

I bought a Giant Defy 3 about 2 years ago and have used it to commute a 20 mile round trip almost every day. Cost just over £400. Had to change the drive train this year due to wear, other than that works just fine for commuting or days out.
