@ Kona -ona I can sympathize with the back, I ended up doing under the knife. Have you not tried exercises to push the disc back in??

Dr, i think she might come along to meet up. Mulletus' missus is coming down too, so they might all be able to go together.

I'm having a few mechanical issues at the moment so might make a last minute dash to yours for assistance if i can't sort them out.

Sure thing - tonight or tomorrow am?

I'll get M'lady to call yours tonight, as they can all meet up at the pub at, say, 2ish?

Looking out over the Purbeck isles now - Bootiful!

I'm not a possible
I have to go to that London in the morning. I wont be jealous at all as I am fighting the crowds and breathing the pollution while thinking of you lot sipping a shandy at the Square & Compass, puzzling over the welcome to France messages on your mobiles. Bah ๐Ÿ™

psychle - please reassure your wife that the Slackers group is THE group to be in 8)

Forum Rides are terrific fun - totally chilled, no bossy boots types, it's all about enjoying the riding and the banter as well as the pub stops!

with the amount of hot air likely to be heard tomorrow, we could probably fly across the water.

I'm stuck away on a school field weekend - no riding the trails unfortunately. Hope you had a good one.

Rusty if I say whether I'm home or not, can we come to an arrangement ref "the footage?" ๐Ÿ˜‰

Great day, thanks to you and drp for organising that. Fab bike ride, nice to do the franks tank descent finally, and I like that extra long descent to corfe. And it seemed to me that the group, though pretty big, actually worked really well in terms of staying together, and not needing to split into 2.

Many thanks to DrP and Rusty Trowel for organising this, together with such brilliant weather. ๐Ÿ˜€

Most of the trails were in excellent condition, few bits of mud that the organisors forget to do something about!

Nice to meet so many new faces, particularly those on their first ever STW Forum Ride! Nothing to worry about was it? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Only one pub stop this time ... are we getting soft?

A wee reminder for the Winchester (New Alresford) ride on Saturday 8th May with a "surprise" at the end. More info here:
