can't wait ๐Ÿ™‚ just so I know (never been on one of these rides before)...what's your idea of a pootle? (not been on a bike for a couple of weeks..and got at least a week 'til I'm back so I might be a bit out of practise!

erm, average speed of about 6 mph. With cake. And falling off. And looking at nice views.

I like these rides to be inclusive. No racing off and that kind of thing

+1 I'll be tagging along if you don't mind, folks!
I'm a genuine 'new to the area' so am looking forward to sampling the delights of the trails and post ride burgers!

DenDennis anyone is welcome. Its an anti-clique IMO, join in, drop out and rejoin whenever at any date in the future. You don't have to say 'sorry I cant make it'- if you can great. If not- theres always the future.

Hello Peaks folks - am planning on coming down to Sheffield for Easter weekend and riding Jacobs ladder (from Edale, to Mam Tor & Castleton) o Friday, followed by Cut Gate & various possible Ladybower loop extensions on Saturday. I will post something up separately in the next day or two but thought I'd post it where your attention is first.

If anyone fancies any of that let me know. Cheers.

Remember the last Pootle? My Pike forks were 'wierd'? Just back - Hydraulocked and had the rebound cart replaced.

Im going nowhere near her. I also told her to stop bouncing up and down on a inflatable birthing(!) ball last night. She is not stopping me from watching the most exciting race in the history of F1 this Sunday!

Hi Chris,

I'm in. And I promise I'll bring your mech. I had to (ahem) use it for a brief period. I've got my replacement sorted out and yours is back in the bag I was gonna post it back to you in. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
