I'll let you in on a little secret. I didn't know that last descent was going to be that good. I've done it many a time but always had to stay out of the gullies as they've been too wet.
It was like a toboggan run today....uplift anyone?

Great ride today. Some of the videos look ace! Anyone going to upload their photos?

๐Ÿ˜€

funny i always found the descent a bit too short. Wouldn't really say better. Each to their own I suppose.

I'm slowly seizing up now!

Just to say thanks to everyone who shared their food with me (and water- thanks Pook). I had the hunger-shakes at the top of Cavedale ๐Ÿ™ I really need to sort out my pre-ride food intake.

I was going to say

good effort chris, not an easy one to film with just one static camera, must sort my helmet cam out for the next ride so we can combine footage.

cheers Chris and all! a great intro to me of some of the peaks trails. Sounds like a shame I had to cry off early at Aston, but at least that leaves more for me to discover another day ๐Ÿ™‚
