[Closed] STW Medical massive

So not quite one of those I have multiple stab wounds and am bleeding out, anyone know what i should do next ?

So came off the bike in MArch, front end washed out cornering down hill on cobbles. Managed to contine on but got stiffer throught the day, eventually went to casualty who thought is was just bruised.

Couple of weeks later at the docs as still very painful and limited movement, got put on anti inflamaroty and got a referral.

Now had my referral and they xrayed for the first time, basically fractured a lump of the top of my humerus

Has now started to fuse back in place but is slightly outside of where it should be. Apparently the lump is rubbing on my muscle causing irritaion.

So docs have said try Physio, if that doesn't work injections, if that dosen't work keyhole surgery to skim the bone down again.

So few questions, anyone had similar and no of the sort of excersis the physio is likely to go with ? Get ahead of the game and all that.

Secondly anyone been through this and is the physio / injections likely to work or would I be better with the surgery.

Was slightly concerned the hosp were suggesting I may not get full movement back which I'm far from happy with.
