It's accessible and editable to all, no need to sign up. But be aware that anyone can see/edit it, so if a column appears for bank details to enable a nigerian prince to donate prize money then ignore it!

*looks into crystal ball*

I see a massive sign-up, followed by a impressive drop off over the following weeks.

😈

p.s good luck to all those having a crack.

Be carefull with adding new colums, there's no problem with new ones, but the sheet auto saves after every edit, so if you mess up other peoples data, it's gone.

I'm trying to lose that last bit - lost about 10kg since the start of last year, which I'd put on in the year previous. Another 5-7 to go to get to a good race weight. Basically need to cut down/out the booze and get out on the bike more - simple really 🙂

I'll do it, not ridden much for a couple of weeks due to illness, and have mainly been eating cake and lard.

I'll get some weighing scales tonight so I can check the damage.

Sounds like a fun illness that allows you to eat cake and lard.

So do you just update the weekly column with your current weight in kilos?

Captain Carbon, you need to check where you've entered the data, it's appeared in row 1, there's a half filled in row 2/3rds of the way down too with no username.

So do you just update the weekly column with your current weight in kilos?

Pretty much, username, diet choice, height, then weight in the week 1 or start column, everything else is done automaticaly (but you can overide it if you've got a different target).

I'm in.
But I've had to enter a guess for the initial weigh-in on the spreadsheet because I've broken the scales over Christmas. Will update it accurately asap.

Nothing like using a catchphrase from an insurance advert, to really nail home ones point.

Finally found some scales which were for some reason hidden away. Lack of exercise and too much Guinness has taken its toll. Had great success in the STW Fat club years ago so hope to repeat this.

Unfortunately no fun at all.

Oh well, weighed in. 188cm tall and 85kg. 12-13kg of fat to lose. I'm not sure where its hiding though.
