For the second time this year I'm stuck in bed with a stupid achey cold. I'm going to miss another weekend of nice sunny weather that could be spent on the bike. And why is iPlayer full of such utter rubbish?!

Just had 3 days of gastric flu and missed out on some rides..on the plus side I've lost 5 pounds so should be easier up hill this weekend!
