Anybody have any idea where I might find some replacement studs for my Spesh Comp MTB Shoes, or even better, some blanking screws or suchlike ?

just fill the holes with silicone.
I'm guessing this is a waterproofing question, given you'd rather not have studs.
The holes on the shoes ive had with studs dont go all the way through so they dont leak. Clear slots are always the issue!
Cheapest solution would be to take a stud into your local diy store and look for a screw with the same length and diameter.If you don’t put anything in the hole after a short while it becomes deformed and you won’t be able to put anything in if you decide to take up cycle cross.
