I can't seem to get my crank arm to come off. I want to clean out the BB as I'ts been a while since its been off. I have removed the crankarm bolt but it won't move even with a knocking stick's persuaive techniques!

you're turning the correct (inner) bolt on the extracter aren't you? 🙂
If so, put a seatpost on the allen key for some extra oomph
