I'm currently using splined Hope Bulbs, Sapims and Mavic 521 CD rims they have been bombproof and excellent. I like the fact they are quiet, strong and reliable but am going to update my brakes and the splined hubs are making life difficult as they are pretty much obsolete also I just fancy some new wheels as these are 12 years old. I'm thinking of Hope Pro's with 521 rims but the noise is a bit meh are people using any good alternatives?
