Easy isn't it, cant believe I have being paying a shop to do this for all these years.

Anyway, now that I realise how easy it is, what's my best bet for getting some qr15 lowers cheap?

Yeah done that, wondered if this is a part bike shops are likely to get second hand from wrecked forks they replace? I guess most would stick them on ebay anyway.

I've a set of 32 F Series lowers in QR15 to sell if you want?

Just don't do what I did and overtighten the bolt onto the thread on the base valve - it's a £30 part, and ended up costing me a full service with Loco...

Bloody nice now tho mind.
