I have looked on the Strava site and can not find a way of uploading other peoples tracks to ride.
Question is. Is it possible to do so? help would be appreciated

You can using after market apps.
The top one on this link should do it

Thanks, very much appreciated it worked a treat. It saves me having to build the routes on GARMIN connect.
