If you buy 2nd hand or build it yourself. Depends if you got any bike bits that you could use to build up a singlespeed. Retrobike for cheap/good bike bits

There's a couple of Decathlon geared bikes that could have the gears stripped, sold and replaced.
Secondhand.
Frame and parts bin. I managed to build one with this method for about 60€.

I think it's an 18inch ( it's just on the small side for me but still rideable. I'm just under 6'2") drop us an email if you're interested.

Mmm... Ive a 20" inbread for sale and a single speed superstar rear wheel on ebay. Not a full bike though.
