[#5810641]

A post on here made me wonder why on earth Cube decided to call their road bike the "Agree", is it the name of a big hill in Germany or something?

Also see Mondraker with "Foxy", which just makes me think of Glacier Mints.

Any more for any more?

I was going to say anything from Cove, but "Checkerpig" wins by a mile.

Trek Slash surely.

Honourable mention to Cannondale Trigger as well.

Both could have done with just a little bit more research into UK isms IMO.

Good one.

The Kona is deliberately wacky though, eh?

I was thinking more of inexplicably bizarre names - like the checker pig I guess.

The ibis guys have got to be up there, not only do they have the ibis tranny but their cross bike, the hakkalugi, is pure genius. its usually exactly what you should be doing in a cx race/ride!

Carrera used to make a bike called a "Bugaboo" around 2003ish.

Looked very similar to a specialized epic, with a low ratio shock thing. Only it was in a horrible snot green.[img] [/img]

Learn something new everyday.
So it would be like riding around in the this country with "Boobies" written on my downtube?

Err yeah, kind of, think lower, and a more offensive word.

Made particularly grim with the word 'Stinky' written near it.

Mods, I'm sorry, I'm bored. If this isnt appropriate, delete away...
