We are changing the status of this ticket to Resolved as we have not heard back from you in 96 hours.
I've not opened any tickets with them and I can't find either of the order ref numbers on my account history.
What's all that about then?
I've had a number of these as well. Assume they're doing some house keeping on their CRM system.
Yep, got one very similar indeed. Odd.
Me too.

I was feeling left out, but look what just arrived. Did have an order number for me in it but from Jan '14
I got three this morning. I'm presuming its from when I returned a helmet that didn't fit for a replacement three years ago. ๐
Same here
Many. Many with me cc'd on other peoples. Seems like housekeeping.
I left nearly a year ago.
Yep, mine seems to date back from July '07
Mmmmmm, me too. Thought it was a fathers day thing from the kids............. damn......looks like I am getting nothing again....
Me too.

Could be a few issues with the DPA there - don't think the Information Commissioner would be delighted at those contact details being cc'd to a former employee...
Yeah I got one too, remember returning a couple of things to them maybe 3 years ago. Guess they never closed the issue on their system and are doing them all now.
Maybe I'll finally get a reply to those emails about my faulty frame!
Holy spooky login name doppelganger !
Me too to two email addresses- multiple emails (customer service/closed enquiry etc) and I haven't used them for quite a while. Doubt I will again either.
Hope their glitches dont lead to taking money for phantom/completed orders (do they hold card details like some retailers seem to do?).

It's that Hilary Clinton thing isn't it - using a personal email address for official business ๐
She got away with it...
At least it's not just me then!!
me too. Related to an order many years ago where I ordered something but they "couldn't find it"
I used to be a fan but I am increasingly thinking they are going/have gone down the pan.
