Crazy story. I knew half of it but the other half is mental. It doesn't mention the manual along the skinny in NWD3 though which was brilliant.

BC backcountry extreme freeriding sounds like the epitome of biking coolness. Combined with a troubled life and early death kinda makes him the Kurt Cobain of his sport.
It must be difficult not to gravitate toward drugs when it's all around. And being a big risk-taker I guess it was obvious he'd get into drug running. Very ironic that he said that "TV will rot your brain" qv.
Everyone who deals/takes drugs has a story that absolves them of blame for their actions.
Am I going to feel sorry for someone who chose (and he clearly had a choice) to smuggle cocaine, tablets and weed?

Agreed, firstly a drug dealer ruining other peoples lives and secondly a good mountain biker.
