Going through a bit of a retro grouch moment and as such have gone rigid on a couple of bikes.
I have the original boxes ( 😳 ) will they be fine stored vertically in their boxes?
Silly question I know I guess but ......

Should be. Although I'd clean and service them first so there's no risk of dirt and moisture sitting on the bushes for an extended period.
Leave them upside down for a bit before using them again.
