Last bank holiday weekend over a 4 day period I did a 320 mile off-road ride and as the days went by I was getting faster and feeling stronger it was very hot (France) but my worry is 2 weeks later I am still tired.
I have been out for a few rides and gym and swim stuff but my energy levels are quite low, is this normal?

It depends a bit on you and what your endurance background is, but it takes me four to six weeks to get over a 24-hour solo, so I don't think it's unreasonable that you'd still be tired. If it's not normal for you under similar circumstances, that's slightly different, but assuming it was four days of hard riding, I'd say it was reasonable.

Yeah completely normal. I was a couple of months or more to recover from 24 hour races...
