Woke up last week with a bit of a stiff back (vertabrae between the shoulder blades).
The stiffness has now moved into my neck. Tried ibuprofen and deep heat. Tried clicking neck, back, rotating shoulders.
Any ideas on how to one, relieve the pain. Two, free the joints/muscle?

tried stretchin??? i know dirty word but....... oh an i dont just mean after stuff starts to hurt, just a little bit here an there probably do the world o good. oh an no point takimn pain kilers before u know whats wrong, its just hidin the fact that there is somethin, believe me, i did that an ended up wi tendonitis....
No fall, and ride a full-sus.
Started last wed. woken up this morning (and during the night) to increased pain.
Off to physio tomorrow for my arm. Would it be cheeky to ask the physio to have a look at it?
Physio could recommend exercises/stretches but not muscular-skeletal?
