Hi,

I have a set of Revelations 426s which work great except the Poplock does not want to return to the unlocked position when locked.

The problem is that the lockout knob itself gets stuck, although a bit of a nudge gets things moving again.

Anyone have any idea what could be the cause? Dirt in the lockout assembly?

Thanks,

T

Was going to try what was suggested here:

remove circlip and adjuster then get a 24mm socket and remove the moco cartrideg being carfull not to spill any oil, just let it run back into the fork.
you will see the spring half way down the red tube with the holes in, just make sure its in one peice and seated right

if spring looks ok then remove the black cap off the top of the red tube this is a laft hand thread, there is a seal in the top that stops oil getting out and crap getting in, you will find that this is crapped up causing the shaft to stick in the seal. just reove the seal and clean it all up and then refit with a smear of grease.

that should sort it.

if theres not much tension on the spring you can remove the shaft from the red part and put another wind on the spring to give it more pressure or just wang the spring in the bin if want to do away with the poploc
