Sick of drivers passing me with 3 inches to spare. My mum used to have a truly fugly, bright orange reflector on a stick for her BSA ladies shopper - does anyone know where I can buy one? Less fugly would be good but I suppose they're fugly by their very nature.

you want to mock up a spiky ball on the end of a stick - rubber or papier mache or something

Used to see a bloke around Manchester who'd attached a football cornerflag to his rack, which stick into the road at 90 degrees to the bike.

Looked like a right tool.

Bregante - yes, that, thanks! Scaredy - perhaps a rear-facing Uzi?

Bregante (again), even better!

OMITN - I bet he's still alive ๐Ÿ˜€

OMITN - I bet he's still alive

If he is, it's an injustice..!

Actually, it seemed highly confrontational, and plenty of drivers - and cyclists - seemed not to approve....

OK, yes, that's a bit over the top, but he'd still be less wide than a car. This refletor ^^^ is only 30cm but I can't buy it as the automated checkout system hasn't heard of Tyne and Wear ๐Ÿ™
