Just woken my tourer (old GT rigid Borego) from hibernation. Poor thing wasn't happy, bit like me in the mornings!
Anyway the free hub had stuck, well and truely. Had to bash it with a block of wood and hammer a good 5 or ten times to free it up.
It spins OK now, but just wondering if that is normal after 6months of inactivity, or does it need replaceing??

It may well start sticking again or not engaging. Probably more down to age rather than length of inactivity.
