my bombers are a bit sticky, what can i do to lubricate them. Does marzocchi oil still exist, or is there some judy butter subsitute.

My dads bombers on his Carrera XC Titan were quite sticky and have loosened up quite a bit over time (about three months).
I've been lubing them with silicone spray after every ride.
