Anyone got a link to that adjustable stem/bar set up that was mentioned a few weeks back - done a search but no joy

some may laugh but a good system IMO. surprisingly useful on long alpine ascents (2-3 hour uphill slogs).
the bars with the Eco version are only 630mm wide.
