you may be able to find new crown/stantion/steerer thing at mojo/TF and the like. Not cheap tho.
or sell to someone with small head tube

Saw them as well. Maybe worth a few quid for the internals (if they're not also shagged) but otherwise ready for the bin. Didn't think you could replace just the steerer.
