....which is on the marzocchi website, would that be the same as rake?
With my understanding of rake being the horizontal distance between a vertical line from the headtube and the axle.

Yes - offset and rake are fundamentally the same thing. Usually the former is used when it is achieved by the fork crown or dropouts being 'off-set' from the centre line, the latter when the forks are bent or 'raked'.
