Help. Anyone come access this? The steer tube bung of my rose bike has fallen into the steer tube. Anyone tips for getting it out?

Thread a dried rice noodle opposite end & tap out.

if you can’t get at it put a blob of silicone In it, let it go off and BANG ANOTHER IN

J bend Spoke. Head into bolt hole and hook it on bottom. Gently ease up.
