My trusty Rize dates from 2008 and in that time I've bought three shock links. The steel shock bolt goes straight through the aluminium link and over time it becomes slightly ovalised. The static play is microscopic but it's quite noticeable when riding. Shock mounting hardware, bearings and all the rest of it is fine.
Would it be possible to get a steel bush inserted into the shock link to try and stop it wearing out? What would be the best way to do this
