I have one of those CRC Brand-X dropper posts.
Are there any neat tricks to persuade the cable to pop out of the hole at the bottom of the down tube?
I guess I can just remove the cranks and access it via the BB shell, but that's a bit of a nuisance (at least it's a threaded BB, so not too big a deal if I have to remove it).

Push old cable through the hole you want new cable to come out of. Gaffer tape new cable to it and pull. 😉

I *knew* there was a reason I kept all those old cables!
Old cable is through, now to see if gaffer tape can truly come up trumps!
