[Closed] Stans tape width for a 23mm rim

What's the wisdom on rim tape width? I am putting tape on a hope tech enduro wheelset 23mm internal width. Should I use 21mm tape or 25mm. Will 25 get in the way of the tires seating?

Stans Arch EX are 21mm width internal and Stans recommend the use of their 25mm tape so I'd definitely not go thinner.
