After returning from the Alps I have approx 20 damp sealant spots and visible cuts on my rear tyre.
Is this likely going to go flat at any time now if I continue to use it, or once it's sealed it will remain sealed?

Should be fine. Might be worth shaking it to see how much liquid sealant is in there and consider topping it up.

Mine has managed to seal two 5mm rips in the sidewall. More jizz injected using a cow syringe and it's still doing fine.

As I've mentioned in another tubeless thread, stan's sealant seems to seal the hole's other sealants struggle to reach!

Nutrak sealant is, as far as I can tell, piss poor.
