Hi, just been out today with new tyres.
Specialized 650b Purgatory 2.30 front and Ground control 2.30 back.
They worked well once i had lowered the pressure a little.
But the purgatory seems a little small especially for a front tyre,
is this normal? or would a Butcher look better up front or even a on one chunky monkey?

Ive just changed to a butcher up front and a Purg rear both 2.3. They look similar widths to me, but I don't have anything accurate to measure them.

The Butcher looks slightly bigger because of the side lugs but they're exactly the same carcass.
