can anyone 10000000% confirm that this will work on mavic 819 ust tubeless standard valves??
i should have the core removers that came with both my 819 wheels, but i cant find the buggers anywhere?
getting the stans thing is a fiver and getting a core remover from a mavic pack is 9.99 ๐
cheers guys!
Pliers will do the job just aswell, however I've put stans cores in my 819 valves using the mavic coretool so I guess theym the same.
It's what I use on mine so yes, can confrim.
brill superb!!
thats all i needed to know, thanks a million ๐
i know its a stupid question, but when the core is removed, does it literally leave a hole in the rim allowing you to pour sealant in?? im guessing so but not sure....
It leaves a hole but it's still a lot easier to get the sealant in with a syringe - you can get a load of them fro cheap off ebay and they are generally handy for fork servicing etc.
