Does anyone know if Stans works in inner tubes? My kid's pushchair recommends Slime but I have gallons of Stans (and Juice Lubes) fluid in the workshop.

i've heard of people doing it. can't see why it wouldn't work.

It'll work, the only reason I wouldn't (which applies to slime too) is that if you get a puncture too big for it a patch won't stick until it's properly dried out.

It works, kind of, but when the thing (if it's still stuck in the tyre) that caused the puncture in the first place moves relative to the tube, it'll puncture again.

Ditch the inner tube, tape the rim and run the pushchair tubeless?

Slime in inner tubes or OKO but not Stan’s as you may not get the turbulent flow needed to make the latex solidify.

I've used latex in inner tubes. Works fine, but the tube will end up stuck to the inside of the tyre after it's had a few holes and sealant leaked out.

Tubeless latex sealants can seal inner tubes but will dry out, typically Stan's in 3-4 months in UK. Water-based sealants like OKO Puncture Free will rehydrate inside the tube when they are static and the moisture in the air condenses, so they last the life of the tyre.

If a pushchair gets a puncture, just push it and fix it when you get home. Seriously, it ain't dangerous. Or, if you're that worried, get some solid tyres, I can assure you your child will not notice.
Actually, scratch all that. Put the Stans in. It'll be fine.
