Ordered the above Hope Hoop wheels, will be running normal inner tubes, will my standard Nobby Nic tyres fit OK?

Yep. Although with those rims and Nobby Nics, you don't need the tubes

I have 29 Flow EX with Rapid Rob 2.2 folders and they were very, very, very tight going on.
I don't know if that's typical of Schwalbe tyres on Stans rims.

Yeah fine, Hans Dampfs and Rocket Rons are no problem. Ditch the tubes though, I was sceptical but have not regretted it.

I thought you still needed the Stans tape to go tubeless..
