Anyone used Stan's sealant or similar in tubed tyres after getting fed up with punctures but not willing/able to go fully tubeless - e.g. as a quicker trailside repair than puncture repair kit. any use, or pointless?

yep works well. Did not have removable valve so made small hole and injected 60cc. Puncture patch then added. I just use it on the front, so i can change tyres; back fully tubeless. Works with the best thorns that the Hampshire ox droves can throw at me! Make sure that you shake the bottle as per the directions, as you need plenty of the crystal..... not just the liquid latex.
