I am thinking ahead and am wondering if you need to clean the inside of your tyres after they have been sitting there all winter with Stans in and have mostly deflated. I know I have to do it after getting something inside before but am not sure if this is a normal part of maintenance.
(My winter bike has slime inner tubes and they are RUBBISH)
It's probably dried out by now, I usualy clean mine out but no need to get retentive about it, just scrub it quickly with some soap and a yard broom to remove the loose stuff, rinse, stick some fresh sealent in and inflate them again.
Take the alien blob out and top up with fresh sealant...that's what I shall be doing
Don't forget to remove the thorns as they accelerate the growth of the alien blob !
I usually just take the valve core out and squirt some more sealant in.

I used to do that when I used art latex that dried within about a week. After 6 months or so I weighed my 440g Explorer Supersonic tyre, which by now had a generous coating of latex, to find it weighed over 700g.
I immediately stopped using art latex, and started picking the worst of the dry stuff out of tyres!
