I am right in thinking this is measured halfway along the top tube or did I just imagine that.

some measure it at the nose of the saddle.
having a 27.5" inside leg, standover tends to be important for me. 🙁

Thanks guys I guess check with the manufacturer is the safe option. I too have a disappointing inside leg measurement.
