Hi,

Sorry I did try to find similar posts!

I’m looking to insure a single bike as my current insurer won’t let me add my new bike to my policy.

Any advice on a good insurance company?

Many thanks

You'll probably find it cheaper to look for another (home, I assume?) insurer. Standalone bike cover is ££££s

Barclays do Bike only insurance and it is pretty cheap compared to others.
Go to the normal home insurance site and select bike only.

Looks decent cover at £143 for all bikes up to £5k.

Theft cover is either locked to something 'immovable' or in a locked building - am I missing anything?

I (usually) live in a cheap area for insurance, where are you, Outer Hebrides?

G postcode. I was astonished at the quote. Got all the documents through, seems legit. Four bikes. I checked my Aviva and they wanted £340.
