Where can I buy some?

I've been told to go for some stainless steel ones, but cant find any. Will chromoly ones do? Is that what they (the person who told me to buy some ss ones) meant?

you should be able to get stainless steel ones anywhere such as charlie the bike monger, velosolo, wiggle anywhere from a quick search.

What your friend might have meant is single speed (are you running a single ring at the front) as if you are the nut part of the chainring bolt is shorter.

i doubt it matters whether you buy steel or alloy bolts.

Yeah Cromo is good. Your friend was probably meaning for you not to get alloy ones - which are not as strong.

I have been using and selling these for years, damned strong, never any problems, and only a few quid.

Please feel free to call or email if you need anything.
Cheers
Charlie
