Pick the one you like the look of as I doubt you'd notice much difference in ride.
I've got a Rourke 953 which I chose over To because I prefer skinny tubes and I don't like completely bare frames (I know Enigma do paint jobs for their to bikes). I've yet to meet another rider on the road using a stainless steel frame but plenty of Ti ones.

I have a "2020" model Volare 931 stainless, with caliper brakes.

It's an outstanding ride - very hard to describe why a collection of steel tubes works so well, but the ride is fantastically comfy and a notable step up on even my Shand.

Only one bad thing... My carbon fork came from the factory with a slightly distorted lower headset surface, meaning that no headset could fit without binding under load. It's in the warranty process at the moment. 🙁

Apologies for stealth ad but I have an almost new 56cm Rourke 953 bike for sale... 😁

Obviously this varies from frame to frame but as a rule of thumb, in my experience of those I've dealt with.

Ti frames tend to come out a bit lighter and comfier, but also a bit more flexy and seem more likely to fail after an extended period.

Stainless frames are bit heavier but stiffer and more direct feeling under power and seem to be the closest thing to indestructible the industry has come out with yet.

Personally I'd go stainless (and I have, got a 931 CDF) but its horses for courses.

Cheers for the feedback, I’m going to go for the stainless and then build it up with some half decent kit!

As a lover and owner of Ti (see name), I'd go stainless for my next bike too. Steel has come a very long way since Ti ruled. Mine will be a fixed road bike frmo Rourke.
