does anyone know what Stainburn is like in the wet?
Thanks
We were there tues night, the red and descent line were fine, even Norwood was great with only the odd puddles. The only bit I can think might also have a few puddles is the bottom of the black. Bits of the woodwork might be a bit slippy, but alot of it is all weather. it's gritstone, so the rocks aren't slippy, any roots are tho.
cheers, not bothered about mud just that its not to slippy ๐
logs have been knackerised and most of the woodwork has had treated decking put down ๐

Like the man says, most of it should be fine. It gets green at times but despite this stays grippy enough to ride the features.
Quite a bit of the woodwork has grip treatment but in any case it's not extensive so can easily be by passed.
Wet roots are wet roots. Probably more common over on the Norwood side. IF you want to do the route over there check out the SingletrAction forum for rough descriptions and mapping ( http://singletraction.frankencrank.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3596 ).
Thanks for all the great replies ๐
