Were getting ready for SSWC later in the month and we need some cheese to KoNsume what would be suitable cheese to take to Ireland im thinking of a nice smoked Cheddar

I'm going with the wife, dog and a nice Sage Derby (for it's green colour)

Sage Derby if you are so inclined; Red Leicester if you are of a different leaning.

Seriously- take a wedge of Stichelton.

Boksburg Blue or Caws Preseli - available from AJ Rees the butchers in Fishguard farmers market on a Thursday morning so you could get some before you sail. (If you're going on the ferry that is).
