This is my first single speed event!

Will 180mm f&r travel be OK for the SSEC course and the guided rides?

I'm concerned as I have heard that there will be some up and some down on the course and I don't want to be under biked!

If there are up bits as well it'll be best to take something with gears I'd have thought?

are you asking whether a ss bullit is overkill? certainly not, im pretty sure a full sus big bike came third at the ss worlds last year-the rider is insignificant.

i use a mix of potato, bread and garden gnomes to carbo load, cheese is a bit fatty for a real race diet

Would a 36 on the rear be fast enough?
How much cheese do we need to eat?
Does that tyre make my bum look fat?

The answers will be there on the day ๐Ÿ™‚

How will one identify the Yorkshire Crew, other than going threw the signing on sheet in a stalker type fashion?

You wont miss me, I'll be near the Saxophone!

You might just get away with the Bullit if you stick a Monster T in the front.

Did you not see have xtreem to the power of sik some of those trails are the other day.

I had my eyes closed the other day, so I didn't spoil the surprise!

Will the trees be high enough for Monster Ts?

Good point. You might get your beard caught up in a branch with a higher front end.

One of our crew was in the band playing at SSUK2009 Big numb ginger bloke called Bungi as in "Mincing on the shore fame" see ya soon.

There's a race? oh have we forgotten to do something?

K I think a 180mm should be perfect, in fact you're bordering on SSStu's attentionwhoreismness there ;p

I'll introduce you to the Pinkattentionwhores at some point
