Reasonably inexpensive is best.

unless want to go fixed just run spacers on any decent wheelset

Ah erm - flip flop hub would be best.

in that case cheap flip flop wheel and a white industries freewheel. Limited options for the hub in my experience-cheapo or phil wood with not much in between
