Being the numpty that I am, I was cleaning my bike in the dark, on the grass outside my flat, and accidentally trod on the shifter. This stupid bit of clumsiness has pushed the downshift lever around 90 degrees (pointing backwards, perpendicular to the handlebar).
Not having had SRAM shifters before, is there a way to remedy this?
