I've got a replacement b limit kit for my x1 rear much.
I want to swap the screw which holds the left to the hanger.
It's got the ptfe tape in this link:

Any one got any ideas how to get the old one out?
I can't seem to figure it out.

Iirc the wavey washer goes on the silver bit with ptfe tape, that then goes through the big black bit and the mech, then the silver looking washer fits on to hold it all together.
Silver washer is like a flat spring and a right Royal pita to fit
It is possible (obviously) but it'll pee you off until you get it nailed

Out of interest why do you want to swap the silver bit?
