My AXS rear mech has stopped working after 2 1/2 years so obviously out of warranty. Seems like a lot of money to chuck away if it can be repaired but I can't find how to do it. Bought from EU so can't see them being interested in helping and out of warranty so why would original retailer be interested. SRAM/Zyro Fisher only talk about dealing with retailers so I'm kinda stuck for ideas. Anyone else found a solution?

If you know what's wrong with it, you could probably ask your LBS to order up the required parts? If it's the electrical side of things though you might be SOL.

Electrical side. I suspect torque sensor.

Call Zyro as they seem interested in helping but will send you to local shop to order the stuff.
