Hi, I've messed about with my h and l screws and the other long screw and I've buggered it up!! Plonker I know, is there a rule of thumb for the screw set up? I.e screw right in and then unscrew 3 turns or something like that? It's doing my head in:)

Works for 9/10/11 speed and I reckon its fairly easy to follow.

As above. Read some tutorials, watch some videos, learn exactly what it is each screw is doing, and take it from there. Understanding what each adjustment does is 9/10ths of doing the job
