If I have a hose with a red olive, can I put it in a lever which had a silver one, and vice versa, basically? I think they look the same...

yes. The red on is the threaded one though, so you'll need the threaded barb to go with.

FYI, they are available via Wish/AliExpress. Exactly the same and better prices.

I always prefer green. The black ones taste too bitter for me.
